David P. Formerly confidential law clerk in the Family Court Westchester County State of New York; a partner in the New York law firm of Hall, Dickler, Kent, Friedman, & Wood, and of counsel to the firm Plunkett & Jaffe. Mr. Geis has appeared in and tried numerous matrimonial, custody and support matters, as well as lecturing and teaching matrimonial law. For many years he has limited his practice solely to Matrimonial Law and probate litigation. He continues to maintain a New York office exclusively to service litigated probate matters.
Mr. Geis is a certified mediator in New York State Supreme Court as well as in South Carolina.
